About the Job

Bold Collective, the largest independent collective of digital ad growth companies, is hiring a HEAD OF BRAND SALES to focus on telling the Bold Collective story to brands and agencies. You would cross-sell all divisions under Bold Collective, identifying the best path forward to work with each brand.

The ideal candidate will oversee ALL brand direct and agency direct outreach, along with the existing business development teams.

The Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Prepare marketing materials and story.

  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.

  • Recruit and on-board new brand/agency client relationships


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience.

  • 5+ years' of experience in sales.

  • Strong leadership skills.
