  • Leveraged early strategic alignment with LKQD, securing exchange infrastructure and deep SSP integration from day one.

  • Integrated SpringServe to expand into online video (OLV), enabling cross-channel scale.

  • Launched an omni-channel ad network built on best-in-class infrastructure.

  • Took zero capital distributions in the first six months.

  • Generated ~$250K in net profit within the first six months of operation.
