About the Job
The Account Manager position is a key role within the Bold Screen user acquisition team. Our business has grown over the past 12 months and we are looking for someone to help with day to day management of our expanding list of client accounts. You should be good with data, able to solve problems, organized with your time, and exceed client expectations.
You will be the daily point of contact for our clients when reporting campaign performance against advertiser goals.
Scale new and established accounts working closely with the operations and supply teams to deliver high quality new users.
Set the standards by which the team will review and optimize client KPI’s in order to achieve goals.
Participate in strategic meetings with clients in order to further our mission and help our them succeed.
Monitor daily campaign performance and be able to provide insight on any and all fraud cases.
Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure client campaigns are on track to deliver against their budgets.
Coordinate and validate monthly performance and billing numbers with clients and media partners.
2-4 years of digital marketing experience, previous account management experience a plus
A great communicator with the ability to understand client needs
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
Strong writing skills and the ability to visualize data to tell a story
Must be in Los Angeles/Ventura County and can commute into Westlake Village, CA
