Bold Collective is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Publisher Development Associate. This role will be instrumental in establishing and fostering relationships with publishers in the connected TV, digital audio, and mobile advertising space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital media, excellent communication skills, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

The Role:

 

  • You will be a daily point of contact for our clients and publishers when reporting campaign performance against advertiser goals

  • Scale new and established accounts working closely with the operations and supply teams to deliver high-quality new users

  • Set the standards and develop processes by which the team will review and optimize campaign performance in order to achieve goals

  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients and publishers in order to further our mission and help our team succeed

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and be able to provide insight on any and all fraud cases

  • Monitor daily discrepancies to ensure all data is coherent and accurate and suggest strategic data-driven decisions to optimize performance

  • Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure client campaigns are on track to deliver against their budgets

  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and contracts

  • Coordinate and validate monthly performance and billing numbers with clients and publishers

  • Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Previous account and operations management experience a plus

    • A great communicator with the ability to understand client and publisher needs

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive actionable decisions

    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

    • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

    • Strong writing skills and the ability to visualize data to tell a story
